I am a Certified Birth Doula providing doula services to families in Charlotte, NC and the surrounding areas.

I am incredibly grateful to be a doula. I have practiced for over 6 years now but attended my first birth at just 12 years old. It has been a life long journey and a labor of love to be where I am today. I am honored to be a part of something so miraculous and important, bringing new life into the world! I offer the warmest welcome to you and hope that we get to meet each other soon.
As a mom, I understand the importance of feeling safe and fully supported by your birth team. My goal is to help expecting parents to become empowered with knowledge and information so that they can make confident decisions that align with their own values and beliefs.
From the moment we begin our journey together, I will be available 24/7 to offer gentle and nurturing care. While making sure to only provide grounded, (and updated) evidence-based information.
I support you and the way you want to birth your baby, no matter what that looks like. Home, Hospital or anything in between!

• Prenatal Care: Together, we’ll explore your hopes, wishes, and options for your birth, ensuring you feel confident and informed about every decision along the way.
• Labor & Birth: I will be there with you in-person, offering physical comfort, emotional reassurance, and continuous advocacy so that your experience is relaxed, peaceful and non-traumatic.
• Postpartum Healing: In the days following your baby’s birth, I provide support to help you adjust and heal physically and emotionally, nurturing your transition into new parenthood with guidance and understanding.
• Holistic Techniques: From natural pain relief methods to breathing techniques, positioning and the use of a rebozo, I provide a range of tools to help you stay comfortable and focused throughout your labor.
I believe that birth is a sacred rite of passage, full of immense strength, beauty, and vulnerability. Whether you dream of a natural birth or are navigating a different path, I want you to you feel confident and fully in control of your experience.
