My Doula story

Growing up in a small town surrounded by nature's beauty, my childhood was enriched by a deep love for animals. At the tender age of seven, I found myself drawn to the wonder of pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum experiences.

Saturday mornings were spent captivated by TLC's "A Baby Story" marathons, much to the confusion of my family. Yet, with each episode, my passion for childbirth only intensified.

By the age of twelve, attending a birth on Christmas Eve solidified my idea that childbirth and motherhood would play significant roles in my life. With unwavering determination, I embarked on a journey to pursue my calling.

Moving to Charlotte, NC, opened doors to endless possibilities. Under the guidance of Chama Woydak in Asheville, I immersed myself in doula training, embracing every opportunity to expand my knowledge.

Today, as a Certified Birth Doula, I am driven by a deep sense of purpose. I am committed to empowering mothers, honoring their sacred journey, and spreading positivity as I continue to grow and learn in this fulfilling role.
